SPEND THE DAY LEARNING ALL ABOUT ROAD RACING VOLUNTEERS
Flagging & Comm – On track, waving flags and working with Race Control
Timing & Scoring – Running computers to track times and finishing position
Tech – Poke under the hood to make sure everything is legal
Grid – Organize pre-race and check safety gear
Registration – Sign in, verify credentials, get everyone in the right place
Hospitality – Organize food, drinks and take care of the racers and workers
Medical/Emergency Services – Respond, secure, remove disabled vehicles and use specialized training when necessary
** Participants will learn all about each of these specialties, then get to shadow 2 during active race sessions! **
Free Event – Lunch and Dinner Provided
Meet the workers, and learn all about what goes in to making a successful road racing weekend happen. Get up close and a part of the action.
